Mission Growth: Connecting Faith and Reason in Accreditation

Presenter: Dr. Kremer

In this session the attendee will learn the importance of connecting our Catholic faith and what the Church teaches us on education to the continuous improvement process of accreditation. Accreditation processes are more than quality assurance and data analysis. In a distinctly Catholic accreditation process data collected and analyzed should reflect Church teachings and be grounded in prayer and discernment to hear God’s call in the process of growth toward mission. This session will guide attendees to find the connection of faith and reason in the accreditation growth process.

Transforming Catholic School Leadership: A Mission Retreat for Board Members

Presenters: Dr. Kremer, Dr. Hagan, and Dr. Sweda

In this session the attendee will explore a mission-focused retreat framework designed to strengthen Catholic identity and leadership from the top down. Illuminate the Mission offers governing board members a dynamic and prayerful experience that deepens understanding of the Church’s mission as it applies to Catholic education. Grounded in Trinitarian theology and apostolic witness, this model is structured for consistent use across dioceses and school systems. Participants will leave equipped to champion and sustain a mission-driven culture in their schools.
